Better together

No matter who you are, where you are from, who you have been, what you have done, yoga is for you. We are never too old, too broken, too sick to start from scratch once again. Everybody can do something.  Yoga is for EVERYBODY!

When I began my journey with yoga, I was so disconnected with myself! I was struggling with not being “perfect”. I was incredibly uncomfortable in my own skin and because of that discomfort and disconnection with myself, and my breath, it was difficult to genuinely connect with others. I am so much more patient and kind now, yet I still have a long way to go, too!

Yoga holds the power of true connection - to mind, body and spirit. To self. To others. To the world around us. It unifies and unites all who practice. One of the most beautiful aspects of this beginner practice is that the room and class can be made up of anybody and every body - broken people, healthy people, old people, tall people, people of all bodies and different experiences - all doing the same thing together in unison. It is something truly profound and I hope to welcome, guide and support others in experiencing this gift for themselves. I love connecting with people from every corner of the planet, every walk of life and celebrating our humanity in harmony on the mat.

Maggie’s classes always remind me how much I need them in order to balance out the busy days of work and life as a new mom. She has a way of bringing out the best in my practice both physically and mentally, and I always feel like I reach a deeper place in my practice. She truly makes me feel ‘extraordinary’

She is clearly a highly skilled yogi; by this, I mean that she is not only is she able to instruct but more importantly, help you mindfully connect with your body and encourage a higher connection with your self and your potential for greater self body awareness and self care/love.
